# 3.3 AIDOL Vault

AIDOLVault is the financial and governance infrastructure of AIDOL:

1. **Smart** **Contract** **Revenue** **Distribution**

* Automates revenue flow from concerts, NFTs, merchandise, and subscription services based on pre-configured algorithms.
* Ensures timely and transparent payments to relevant stakeholders.

2. **Staking & Liquidity Pools**

* Enables $AIDOL token holders to stake assets or contribute to liquidity pools.
* Provides passive income opportunities and allows participants to gain a governance stake in the ecosystem.

3. **Transparent** **Record-Keeping**

* Stores all transactions on-chain, from tipping events to royalty splits, enabling accurate audits and community trust.
* Uses immutable ledgers to maintain accountability and simplify financial reconciliations.
